(1) The inspection staff should have basic management knowledge in the production, storage, transportation, sales, and use of blasting equipment, and understand the performance and safety conditions of blasting equipment products.

(2) Before the inspection, it is necessary to master the inspection procedures, clarify the inspection purpose, inspection content, inspection requirements, and safety precautions, and carefully understand the names of the blasting equipment produced or stored by the inspected unit, as well as the distribution of workshops and warehouses.

(3) Consciously abide by all safety regulations in the production, storage, transportation, sales, and use of blasting equipment products. During the inspection, the safety responsible person of the inspected unit should accompany the safety personnel to carry out various safety inspections. The number of people entering hazardous processes should be limited, and the duration of stay should not be too long.

(4) Inspectors should wear anti-static clothing (cotton or other) and soft soled shoes (preferably conductive rubber soles, with metal nails or palms not allowed on the soles) when inspecting the production line, storage warehouse, blasting site, and other places of blasting equipment, and turn off radio communication equipment. It is strictly prohibited to carry cigarettes, ignition sources, and flammable and explosive materials with you. Especially when inspecting production lines or warehouses with detonators, detonators, or explosive production dust, it is necessary to remove static electricity from the human body and not stay for too long.

(5) During the inspection process, it is not allowed to criticize or intimidate workers on the spot, to avoid causing them to be nervous and causing mistakes. When entering the production workshop for inspection, it is not advisable to touch the finished and semi-finished products on the production line. It is prohibited to open or close valves or other electrical switches on the production line without authorization to avoid accidents.

(6) When it is necessary to randomly inspect blasting equipment, the inspection items, contents, and requirements should be pointed out, and professional technical personnel should be designated for specific implementation. Handle with care during operation. Non professional technical personnel are not allowed to touch explosive agents, detonators, and other highly sensitive blasting equipment at will.

(7) If it is necessary to open the box for inspection of finished and semi-finished products, the inspected items must be moved to an open area far from the workshop or production area. It is not allowed to conduct unpacking sampling or unpacking inspection in the warehouse.

(8) When sealing, collecting, and handling explosive materials, do not easily unpack and transport them. Try to transport them in whole vehicles and packages, and handle them with care. Dragging and throwing are strictly prohibited. Pay special attention to the handling of detonators. You can first touch the grounding conductor with your hands or wet your hands with water. Be aware that the electrical detonator pins must be short circuited. The transportation of a small amount of detonators should use a dedicated safety box and secure the detonators with soft fillers to avoid shaking and collision. If it is necessary to seal and transport the initiating explosive, it should be operated by professional personnel.

(9) It is strictly prohibited to carry, transport, or store detonators of blasting equipment with conflicting properties in the same box, vehicle, or container.
